Reach v4.2.86 was pushed live to Reach portals globally on 4th December 2023 and included the following items of note;
Medications Manager
Pause Time field added - Pausing medications now includes a time selector so that more precise ending of medication pause can be applied. Note that in coming updates a pause function for medications will be automatically connected to leave requests.
Bulk update Staff - Updating staff permissions to administer medication categories can now be implemented as a bulk update through the People Management screen.
Leave
Decline leave by Proxy - Staff can now decline leave by proxy on behalf of any designated leave approver for a leave request. Note that a permisison control exists to determine which staff have permission decline by proxy
Rollcalls
Use NFC, RFID & QR codes for Live Rollcalls - Students can now scan NFC devices, QR Coes or RFID readers to register as present for any Live Rollcalls. This allows for a more efficient rollcall procedure when implemented.
