For parents, adding new hosts to a child's profile can be done in one of two ways

  1. By using the Host creation process in My Account
  2. By selecting New Host as the host when creating Leave Request

Step-by-step guide

Method 1 -   Using the Create New Host option in the Leave Request Form

This is an optional Host Creation method that must be activated by your school in the System Configuration - Leave General options. By default, this option is activated and parents can create new hosts directly in the Leave Request Form.

  2. Complete the contact details of your new host
  3. REACH will search the database for a match to see if that host already exists in REACH
