When you write a Pastoral Note for a student you will be required to assign the note to a Pastoral note category or incident type. This allows you to identify, separate and report Pastoral notes by category.
You can create an unlimited number of Pastoral Record Incident Types in REACH.
Each incident type can be give positive, negative or neutral level of cardinality.
Adding an incident type
Click on the Add Incident Type button to create a new incident type.
Give the Incident type a Label or name.
Set the Cordiality of the incident. Is the incident type for positive, negative or neutral behavior?
If you run a points system for boarder behaviour management on campus then you can also set the points system that the incident you are creating relates to.
