Obtaining an individual or list of pastoral historic pastoral notes can be obtained by

1.  Going to the Current Pastoral Reports screen and using the search bar to look for a specific reference.

2.  Creating a report via the Instant reports Menu.  This will enable you to generate a specific list of pastoral records by any of the following criteria;

Pastoral Note Category or Incident Type

Individual or Groups of boarders

Individual or Groups of Dorms/Houses

Individual or Groups of Grades/Year

For any requested data range
