Obtaining an individual or list of pastoral historic pastoral notes can be obtained by
1. Going to the Current Pastoral Reports screen and using the search bar to look for a specific reference.
2. Creating a report via the Instant reports Menu. Find it: Reporting >> Instant Reports
You can produce a lit of historic Pastoral Incidents by using the Instant Reports feature in REACH and creating a Pastoral Report. This will enable you to generate a specific list of pastoral records by any of the following criteria;
- Pastoral Note Category or Incident Type
- Individual or Groups of boarders
- Individual or Groups of Dorms/Houses
- Individual or Groups of Grades/Year
- For any requested data range
