Getting there: System Configuration>>CommunicationsConfiguration >> Communications
These are the settings for the communicatons between your REACH Portal and your users.
1. Email from Address
This is the email address that will appear in all of your email correspondence to users in the From field. Emails sent from REACH can have a "spoofed" email address used as the From email header. This will allow you to brand all email communications with an address you are able to control. This is necessary so that you are able to configure your mail server SPAM/JUNK settings correctly.
2. Country Code Mobile Prefix
When sending SMS messages as a notification REACH needs to convert the cell phone numbers in user details to international code (eg: +61 419 988 939). Your local international dialing code is required in order to achieve this.
3. SMS Caller ID
When sending any SMS communications, REACH will use this value as the Caller ID. Max length: 11 characters. Not applicable for USA Schools
