When using REACH Events it is a good strategy to we recommend that you process leave requests for your students going on the event rather than just signing them out the to a location for the event. This will ensure that you have a good trail of approvals for the event and it makes managing and monitoring permissions from parents for students to attend an event easier to manage.Also, when signing students out the the event it is easy to simply sign them out to their Next Approved Leave event when signing them out of campus on departure to the event.
